- Los grupos escolares serán de un mínimo de 20 miembros, incluirán un acompañante gratuito y una visita guiada.Los grupos escolares deberán presentar carta con sello oficial del colegio o IES.
- Los grupos de adultos para poder disponer de un guía serán de un mínimo de 20 miembros .
- Para poder realizar una visita de grupo con guía será necesario hacer una reserva.
- Las personas discapacitadas deberán acreditarse con el documento oficial correspondiente.
- Los residentes canarios deberán acreditarse con el documento oficial correspondiete.
- Los miembros de las Asociaciones o Clubs deberán mostrar una carta oficial del Club o Asociación.
- Para realizar la activdad de buceo es necesario realizar una reserva. La actividad está destianda para los mayores de 14 años.
